CarPremium has been selected “2019 Consumer Choice”, in the category of semi-new and used vehicle trade, with a rating of 74,06%, being awarded the title for the 3rd consecutive year.
This distinction is particularly prominent as it is the only ranking of brands in Portugal whose attribution is made directly by consumers, considering their experience and relation with the brand and according to the criteria mostly valued by the consumer when the time comes to purchase a car.
The award of this prize, in the category of semi-new and used vehicle trade, is even more important since we are talking about the purchase of a high value and second hand asset, which requires great confidence in the entity/brand that is selling, representing a key argument for our commercial teams.
The competing brands, this year, were NacionalCar (with a rating of 71,90%), Benecar (70,29%), MatrizAuto (63,85%) and CarPlus (51,64%).
Although CarPremium has had a drop in the rank regarding 2018, it still holds the first position in the final score, as well as in almost all evaluation criteria (condition of the vehicle, transparency and clarity of information, honesty and trust, after-sales service, possibility to test the vehicle, confidence in the brand and overall satisfaction), ranking second in the guarantees associated with the vehicle and the technical support provided, and third in the recommendation score.
The whole organization is proud of this award because it is a relatively recent brand, but which has been able to assert itself against competitors with much more mature brands.
